"Elizabeth's yoga classes are super beginner-friendly (I lift weights normally) but even via Zoom she manages to tell when a pose or movement is too easy for her students and is quick to offer modifications to raise (or lower) the physical difficulty. The mindfulness practices she incorporates alongside the flow really help me connect with my body in new ways. And I was pleased to discover that however out of it I was feeling prior to joining a class, I would always feel energized and ready to tackle the rest of my day by the end of savasana. Great teacher for those who feel like outsiders to yoga."-Markian
